1. Account usage:

Each user is allowed to create and maintain only one account in rizeon.co. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
1.2.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. General user requirements
1.3.1.
The user must be an individual who is at least 21 years old to have an account.
Users cannot be:
– Persons under the age of 21.
– Persons subject to relevant legal restrictions.
– Persons with limited legal capacity or those under guardianship.
1.3.2.
If a person created an account despite the prohibitions stipulated by current legislation or these rules, We will remove his account forever.

2. Quiz participation:
2.1.
Our quizzes are free to participate in and are supported by advertisements (ads).
2.2.
Before accessing a quiz, users will be directed to advertisements (ads) that open in a new tab. Please wait for the quiz link to appear after the ad, as explained in our instructional video.
2.3.
Skipping or blocking ads may result in restricted access to quizzes.

3. Prizes and rewards:
3.1.
One gift is awarded daily to a randomly selected winner who provides a correct answer.
3.2.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives.
3.3.
rizeon.co reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize distribution at any time without prior notice.
3.4. Winner announcements
By participating in rizeon.io quizzes and winning a prize, you agree that we may publicly announce your win on our website, our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Snapchat, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube etc.), and other promotional materials. This includes only 5 things: your name, account username, quiz topic, date of winning and prize details (no full personal data will be shared).

4. User conduct:
4.1.
Users are expected to engage in fair and respectful behavior. Any form of cheating, fraud, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.
4.2.
Do not attempt to manipulate the quiz system or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience for other users.

5. Intellectual property:
5.1.
All content on Rizeon, including quizzes, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of rizeon.co and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability:
6.1.
rizeon.co is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays that may affect your access to the platform or participation in quizzes.
6.2.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the site or participation in our quizzes.

7. Changes to terms:
7.1.
rizeon.co reserves the right to update or modify these “Terms of use” at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7.2.
By using rizeon.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
